Hyatt Reservations Agent – Local in AMMAN, Jordan
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt’s strategic priorities and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Reservations Agent is responsible to take reservations and operate system in accordance with hotel standards of performance.
* Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. * Minimum 1 year working experience as Reservations Agent in a hotel. * Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.
