Description:
You have to ensure consistency in ensuring availability and timely delivery of quality material from the approved sources and compliance of procedures related to procurement of each material. You have to plan procurement schedule for perishable & nonperishable supplies. You have to prepare the procurement reports on a monthly basis and be able to submit an analysis of the same to assist the user department to plan accordingly. You have to co-ordinate with Main Store to ensure timely delivery of material required to maintain Par Stock and ensure every month end store inventory is carried out. You have to assist in Market survey to be done as & when required. You have to arrange the quotations from the competent sources & ensure that comparatives are prepared for approvals & keep proper follow-ups for the timely delivery of materials and ensure proper documents are maintained for all purchases. You have to ensure proper team strength of purchase/ store and receiving is present to support hotel operation

Qualifications:
Someone who is committed, reliable, self-initiated & well-organized and focused on delivering quality work on time and shows consistency in delivering the required result. Someone who is well versed with commercial (business and technical) knowledge and government regulations. Someone who is conversant with the procedures and possible challenges with all the sections of the stores. Someone with lots of commonsense and analytical sense of reasoning and who is able to express and communicate clearly in both verbal and writing skills. Someone with a sense of high character and strict moral code and can work under demanding dynamic ever changing environment. Someone who is tactful and has good relations with both external and internal customers.
