Hyatt Guest Experience Host in AUSTIN, Texas

Description:
As a Guest Experience Host, this person will be responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions both at the front desk and as a hotel operator.

This highly visible role provides the opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to handling a high volume of calls, answering questions related to the hotel and local area, processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. The right individual must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor.

This position requires a flexible schedule, including working weekends and holidays.
