Hyatt Supervisor de Recepcion in CARTAGENA, Colombia

Description:
* Administrar los recursos de manera eficiente y de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos del Hotel y del Departamento. * Asegurar un sistema adecuado y eficiente de archivo, mantenimiento de la información, ya sea electrónico o manual. * Elaborar los reportes de trabajo requeridos para su puesto y sus subordinados. * Realizar los cronogramas de tareas de su personal a cargo y actualizarlos constantemente de acuerdo a las necesidades operativas. * Cumple y hace cumplir los horarios de descanso determinados. * Responsable directo de la llave maestra asignada.

Qualifications:
2 años de experiencia en el cargo Bilingue Profesional en Administracion Hotelera y Turistica o su equivalente a dos años en el cargo Manejo de grupos Buena administracion del equipo de trabajo Empatìa
