Hyatt Director of Sales in DUBAI, United Arab Emirates

Description:
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Sales department in line with Hyatt's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Sales is responsible to provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.

Qualifications:
* Ideally with a university degree in Hospitality/Tourism management. * Extensive leisure / wholesale experience within the Dubai market. * Minimum three years of work experience as Director of Sales in luxury international properties. * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as customer service orientation, excellent problem solving and administrative skills and high computer competency. Fluency in spoken and written English essential, additional international language will be an asset. * Ability to represent the Park brand. * Your characteristics will be representative of our values: Humility, Respect, Creativity, Integrity, Empathy and Fun.
