Hyatt Night Manager in FR, United States

We are hiring a Night Manager :

· Ensure a perfect continuity of quality of service between day and night

· Ensure the application of internal procedures and the closing of the day's operations

· Supervision of the night shift, management of a team of 4 to 6 people

· Ensure the work of the Reception (check-in, check-out, reservations)

· Deal with any complaints and find a solution

· Manage possible relocations

· Ensure the best customer reception with quality service

· Take into account reservations and coordinate with the Housekeeping service

· Preparation of next day arrivals and group records

· Ensure the billing of our services and make the adjustments

· Performs credit card reconciliation

· Performs daily reports (night closing)

· Ensure that technical or other problems are resolved

· Ensure the safety of our customers / evacuate our customers when needed

· Communicate with the different departments about the problems that have occurred

· Communicate instructions with the day team

· Assist the Reception Manager in given missions

· Check and process emails

· Good presentation

· English essential

· Sense of organization

· Team spirit

· Knows how to work in an emergency

· Keeps confidentiality of information

· Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
