Description:

  • Assists the Concierge Manager and Assistant Manager-Concierge / Bell to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge / Bell functions within the Rooms Division.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
