* Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management * Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience in Accounting and Finance * Good business acumen * Ability to provide good analytical insights especially to non-Finance colleagues * Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line * Clear concise written and verbal communications in English and Bahasa Malaysia * Must have excellent organizational, administrative and problem solving skills * Must be proficient in general computer knowledge * Accurate and hospitable handling of guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, including credit card and cash handling procedures * Proficient administration of the hotel's electronic reservation system * Prompt, friendly response to guest requests or concerns with follow-up to ensure satisfaction * Compliance with hotel safety programs and procedures, including emergency and security systems * Ensures that all required documentation (daily reports, checklists, etc.) are completed in a timely manner * Ensures that new team members receive training in appropriate brand standards and in hotel procedures Please note that this is a local packaged position and we regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified
