As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Sales Managerto assist in the achievement of budgeted room and event revenues across all market segments. Priority is to ensure that the hotel will be the leader for revenue yield in the 5 star category. You will develop, implement, maximize, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s Sales Strategy to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Events and all other revenue generating departments. You will ensure sales activities are aligned with the corporate marketing strategy and hotel actions have been implemented where appropriate. You will be review sales files and systems to ensure correct booking procedures, including group room and meeting programme history, contractual agreements, room block analysis, and credit and payment documents.

To be successful in this role, you will have 2 years experience in hotel corporate sales handling RFP accounts. You have a high capacity to learn and well developed selling and negotiating skills. Your positive attitude and passion to excel in delivering moments of more to our colleagues and guests, together with your confidence and high level of personal presentation will ensure your success in this role.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism management * 2 years experience in a 5 star luxury property in a similar role. Good problem solving, strategy formulation, account development, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
