Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a pastry and dessert cook in a luxury hotel or resort setting
  • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to pastry standards
  • Maintain high standards of quality for all food preparation
