Description:
Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of the team for the largest hotel in the Pacific Northwest! The Hyatt Regency Seattle is recruiting for Hotel Telephone Operator (PBX) to join our growing team!

The Hotel Telephone Operator (PBX) is responsible for answering incoming calls to the Hyatt Regency Seattle and must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The PBX Hotel Telephone Operator must work well handling a high volume of calls. The PBX Hotel Telephone Operator should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel and assist guests with any questions or concerns.

Qualifications:
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

  • Refined verbal communication skills

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Proficient in basic computer skills

  • Customer service experience preferred
