* To provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.
* Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. * Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Marketing, or Director of Sales in larger operation. * Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. * Must be fluent in both Korean and English.
