The Brand and Field Marketing Director is responsible for: * Providing strategic direction to Brand and Field Marketing manager in supporting hotels in China * Executing brand marketing strategy for China in alignment with the ASPAC and Corporate Brand strategy * Developing and assisting marketing strategy for cluster and individual hotels in China * Supporting pre-opening hotel positioning and marketing activities for quick ramp-ups * Supporting hotel alignment with Corporate Brand strategy to create brand value, loyalty and preference.

Qualifications:
Professional Expertise and Personal Attributes:

  • Over 8 years of marketing experience including that for the China market
  • Knowledge of working among diverse cultures and business practices in global corporations
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability
  • University degree or above
  • Dynamic with high levels of energy and drive
  • Highly result-oriented with a demonstrable track record of success
  • Self-motivated and highly flexible, with an ability to work in a global environment
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
