Description:

· 协助确保房务部运作符合集团策略和酒店活动计划,并以适当的方式完成这些行动计划。

Assists to ensure that the Rooms Division activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.

· 监督部门营运手册的准备和更新的工作。

Oversees the preparation and update of individual Departmental Operations Manuals.
· 定期举办部门经理,部门培训员和培训部会议,并讨论所有训练事项。

Organises regular meetings with Managers, Departmental Trainers and Learning and Development Department in regards to all training matters.

· 与培训部一起协调并管理酒店房务部客人奖励方案。

Co-ordinates the administration of the Hyatt Recognition programme for Rooms Division with the Learning and Development Department.
· 定期审计,以确保所有的房务部培训手册是最新的。

Conducts regular audits to ensure that all Rooms Division Training Manuals are up to date.
· 向房务部总监汇报本周基本的关于培训开发,建议和遇到的问题。

Reports on a weekly basic to the Director of Rooms regarding associate training and development, suggestions and any problems encountered.
