Hyatt Assistant Manager - Outlet Restaurant in SINGAPORE, Singapore

Description:
As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Restaurant Manager to manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including the Business Centre that is located in the restaurant, according to Hyatt’s standards. Functioning as the Business Manager and Marketing Specialist of the restaurant, your responsibilities include overseeing the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimizing profits and managing associates, guests and owner expectations.

Qualifications:
Due to the Singapore government foreign worker work pass quota restriction, we regret that only Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident will be considered

  1. Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in hospitality or restaurant management
  2. Proficiency in computer skills
  3. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards
