About the Restaurant

The Sailmaker is a large, 272-seat dining destination with views of Darling Harbour. The Restaurant serves an incredible buffet breakfast that would rival the best in Sydney. For lunch and Dinner guests enjoy fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a new table concept that brings our chefs out of the kitchen and into the dining room!

About the Role

The Sailmaker restaurant requires a passionate, dedicated and energetic Supervisor to join our Restaurant and support the team in this busy and fast paced environment. You will be responsible for the day to day leadership and supervision of associates working in the Sailmaker Restaurant. You will assist the managers in ensuring consistency in quality, handling complains and training and development of new starters.


Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven leadership qualities can foster an open and supportive environment

  • A guest focus & effective complaint handling skills

  • Strong beverage knowledge with wines, cocktails and coffees.

  • Availability across 7 days and willing to work a rotating roster

  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol card
