The Spa Manager will assist with the oversight of the entire Spa function. This may include retail, a full-service salon as well as esthetics and massage therapy. The primary role of the manager is to ensure optimum guest and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:
* Proven relevant experience at luxury spas or five-star spa * Holder of an international certification, with a minimum 2 years work experience as a Spa Manager * Accredited Board Certifications and/or Spa License to US standards * Refined verbal and written communication skills * Polished and professional physical presentation, appropriate for brand representation * Computer proficiency including effective use of email, routine database activity, word processing, graphics and spreadsheets * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Impeccable service skills with keen ability to foster and grow client relationships
